RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@mangolabel.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
Return Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or are returned outside the specified timeframe.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Exchanges:
